Aare has been related to construction since very early in his life. He began to collect knowledge about construction already in Järva County Vocational Training Centre. From there on a logical development took Aare to study engineering in TalTech and during his studies he also started practicing as an engineer.

Rivo, in his soul, is a maximalist in everything he deals with. Rivo started his constructor career as a landscape constructor simultaneously managing a landscape construction company and studying this fine art in the school. He dived into the field of building construction in 2016, doing it – as in his nature – on full speed, and started to work as a manager of a construction company.
